I completed my 2200-hour Massage Therapy diploma from Mount Royal University in 2019. I’ve always been very passionate about what I do. Mostly taken by my interest in the treatment of depression and anxiety, I found massage to be a great outlet as a form of self-love.
Through experiences with yoga, hiking, and consistency with going to the gym, I’ve learned exceptional methods of encouraging the mind-body connection. My understanding of these principles allows for great support and resilience through healing.
I have been treating a number of conditions that involve trauma and injuries, whiplash, headaches, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, and chronic low back pain. While also working on those achy head, neck, and shoulders relaxation is a key component to relieving stress. Through providing treatment via fascial work, deep tissue, hand and foot reflexology, prenatal, postnatal, somatic work, and trigger point release. I can surely provide you with exactly what you need.
